This 50's Diner Girl is Pretty in Pink

My Top Picks for the Best Vintage Stores in Los Angeles

In past posts I've talked about my favorite vintage stores in Austin and Dallas, Tx. but now that I'm California dreaming I had to share what vintage stores are worth the drive and worth paying a visit too!

  • Foxhole LA:  This vintage store is popular for it's denim repairs/hemming/destruction/ and patchwork. It has an array of vintage clothes of all types but it's jeans are the key pieces that create it's signature aesthetic. Become a true 90's chick at this store. Follow them on IG HERE and their website HERE.
  •  Gotta Have It: This store is located in Venice so depending on where you live it could be a drive but it's well worth it. It has punk rock, graphic Tee's, edge as well as leather jacket and neon throwbacks. This store is totally cool and perfect for the 70's loving grunge type. Follow them on IG HERE and their website HERE
  • Iguana: there's three locations to this retro, fun, themed vintage store! There's one in Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, and Hollywood. Check out their IG HERE and and their website HERE.

A couple ONLINE stores you will LOVE:

  • Nasty Gal: there's even a hit Netflix show based on this successful online store! Check out Nasty Gal HERE.
  • Dirty Birdies Vintage Store: This is the perfect, most simplistic Etsy store full of basic pieces that will go with anything. Check it out HERE.

Thank goodness for a sweet hubby who doesn't mind taking impromptu pictures of me in tempting dinners with massive cakes behind me! He had a hard time resisting ordering a piece as he took these shots. This photoshoot was taken in the Bishop Arts District at the cutest little 50's replica diner.

Outfit Details: This pink vintage dress is from Flashback Vintage in Austin Texas.

Check out Flashback Vintage on IG Here and their website their Etsy shop Here.
