Welcome to the 60's
The decade of the 60's is truly empowering florals this spring. One of the biggest staples is floral dresses with soft petals. This dress is definitely feminine but with it's vibrancy it's calling on warm weather and everything summer in a dramatic way. Designers have softened florals this spring making the petals softer and more romantic. Here are my picks for my favorite affordable soft and dramatic floral dresses: Navy Blue Floral Dress- Lulus, Midi Dress-Franchesca's, - Gabby Fit and Flare Dress-Nordstroms, and lastly Aqua Paisley Midi Dress-Bloomingdales.
Although this dress is a crowd stopper it has a softness to it because of the delicacy of the lace. The embroidered floral lace is delicately placed making this dress very feminine. When I was browsing at Bloomingdales I headed over to the sale section of the Aqua department. I can't afford the pricer items but I love the quality of a store like Bloomingdales. I staked out at the sale section first and see if there's any treasures I can find. I saw this dress and immediately knew I had to try it on! It was on sale for $60 and that's a steal! Since it was a sale item, this dress is no longer online but you can shop similar ones below. Don't forget to browse that sale section next time you're in the Bloom building!
I eyed these knee high boots all winter at DSW. I waited till they went on sale and just as I was considering buying them I decided to head to Marshalls just to double check and see if they carried them and low and behold Marshalls had them! For $20 less than what DSW's sale price was. I got them for $60 and these are over $200 boots at original price. Sometimes waiting till the end of winter is the best time to buy your favorite items because they are usually marked down. Of course there's a risk you might lose out but there's tons of boots to go around.
